I think I post some pretty brilliant Tweets throughout the day. Some of my recent favorites include:
- Who's in the mood for ELECTRO :D http://ow.ly/1tE5x
- Try 2 wrap ur head around #Gonjasufi - A Sufi and a Killer: made by and for those with a penchant for elicit herbshttp://ow.ly/1tabw
- I want to know Where the #God of #Love Hangs Out...http://ow.ly/1qOZN
However my handy HootSuite tells me that my most popular (received most clicks) recent tweet was:
- What's your favorite film nowadays? I think this one is in my top five for sure... http://ow.ly/1tBTs
What is that supposed to mean?

What is your tweet about Where the God of Love Hangs Out about? I read that book in book club. It's a collection of short stories by Amy Bloom. Did you read it?
I loved Up in the Air. It's a perfect theme for this blog because it speaks to the impact that technology has on a life--losing a job, having a relationship, getting a job. Because of the impersonal nature of technology, there are many ramifications.
All of my tweets are designed to get users to click on the link, which in turn brings traffic to CultureCritic.co.uk. So, instead of tweeting something such as "Amy Bloom's collection of stories is touching and never mundane [link]," I tried to go for an approach that would make users think...huh? i'm going to click on the link and find out what she's talking about! Idk though because sometimes this approach doesn't work so well, and I wonder if a more straight forward method such as this would be more effective. What do you think? BTW, The God of Love has an 86% Critometer score on CultureCritic...meaning it's hot!
I wish I could follow your Tweets, but I live in America so I am sleeping when you are tweeting.
You can view my Twitter updates on the right side of this blog-under CultureCritic Twitter Updates :)
Perfect! Will do! Thanks! Keep up the great work!
I have really enjoyed visiting your twitter updates through this blog. I wonder if visits to links have gone up since you created this blog.
I think your approach with tweeting is good. A more straight forward method would lessen the curious clicks. Well done! I love the Culture Critic Critometer by the way.
I think you should post your favorite tweets every week on the blog.
